As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. You will motivate your team, take charge of the shop floor, and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Motivate and support your team
* Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
* Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed
* Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management
* Give our customers the very best experience every time they visit your store

Requirements

* Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team
* Patience and a friendly manner with the ability to keep calm in any situation
* Passion to thrive as a key part of the Store Team
* Proactive and encouraging approach to help your colleagues develop themselves and store operations
