About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Team Lead to join our team at Market Halls.

As a Bar Team Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the management team behind the bar and on the floor, assisting with staffing requirements, training, and operational requirements.

You will be working closely with our management team to ensure seamless service delivery, maintain high standards of customer service, and drive sales growth.
