We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced External Communications and Marketing Manager to join our Brand, Comms & Marketing team at Hft. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the achievement of our external promotion strategy, developing and promoting Hft's brand awareness across all channels, and playing a key role in the achievement of our external promotion strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive external communications and marketing strategy to promote Hft's brand awareness and achieve our external promotion goals.
- Manage and execute external communications and marketing campaigns across all channels, including recruitment campaigns, fundraising, paid digital social, PR and Media activities, and events.
- Source and develop content that celebrates the amazing work of our organisation, ensuring all materials are compliant and accessible to our audiences.
- Research demographic trends, impact assessments, and produce analytical information on our external marketing performance.
- Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders on key reputational and media issues, influencing our campaigns and making a real difference to people's lives.
