- Global Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with marketing counterparts in global commercial/Dubai to ensure alignment with the global brand strategy.
- Strategic Guidance: Offer strategic insights to the global centre on product development, promotional marketing, pricing strategies, and comprehensive 360-degree activations.
- Promotional Strategies: Work closely with sales & trade teams to execute promotional strategies and lead presentations to major retail partners.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with finance, sales, and planning teams to develop forecasts and manage inventory for regular, promotional, and sample products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Guide cross-functional teamwork across visual merchandising, events, education, e-commerce, retail, and media to ensure cohesive business efforts.
- Forecasting and Planning: Conduct monthly analyses and refinements of shipment forecasts to align with business goals.
- Product Launches: Forecast quantities for new fragrances and line extensions, managing and coordinating launch execution with sales, creative, trade, and education teams.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the beauty or fragrance industry.
- Proven track record of achieving growth targets and managing P&L responsibilities.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on talent development and influence indirect teams.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the UK and European fragrance market dynamics and consumer preferences.
- Willingness to travel as required to support business objectives.
