Technical Project Manager - Fixed Income Technology

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to enhance our Fixed Income Quantitative Technology division. In this capacity, you will engage with a variety of stakeholders to propel initiatives and outcomes that support our expanding Fixed Income operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee projects from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Risk Managers, Business Managers, and Technology teams to establish project objectives and deliverables
  • Evaluate requirements and convert them into executable projects and tasks
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and conduct acceptance testing
  • Promote teamwork across departments and ensure technical alignment
  • Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies in a proactive manner
  • Manage communication and expectations of stakeholders
  • Identify and execute process enhancements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in project management
  • Familiarity with SDLC, CI/CD tools, and project management methodologies
  • Expertise in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Software Engineering
  • Knowledge of Cloud Technologies, Microservices, gRPC, C++, Java
  • Project Management certification
  • Domain expertise in Financial Markets or Quantitative Engineering within Fixed Income, Commodities, Credit, Equities, FX
