About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Festive Colleagues during the holiday season. As a Festive Colleague, you'll play a vital role in helping us deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring our stores are fully stocked and ready for the festive rush.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
  • Support in-store operations during the busy festive period, including stocking shelves and processing customer transactions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers
  • Take the initiative to make decisions that are right for our customers and contribute to a positive store environment

  • A passion for delivering great service and building rapport with customers
  • The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing a positive shopping experience for customers
