Talent Finder is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Engineer

Our company values quality and flexibility, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an HVAC Service Engineer.

This is a mobile role, requiring you to work independently on all types of HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate will have formal Air Conditioning training, ACS Commercial Gas Safe Qualifications, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the HVAC industry.

  • Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to the highest standards as directed
  • Respond to call-outs and address reactive tasks efficiently
  • Maintain, repair, and commission all types of HVAC systems, including plumbing, pipework, controls, and electrical components
  • Complete electronic worksheets and paperwork detailing your daily tasks and hours worked
  • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure a safe working environment
  • Enhance communication and assist in the smooth operation of the department
