Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Trainer to join our team, focusing on delivering outstanding culinary experiences for our clients in the Defence sector. This role is a full-time commitment, requiring 35 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Culinary Trainer, your primary duties will include:

  • Crafting and serving high-quality meals that enhance the dining experience for our clients and customers.
  • Identifying and implementing enhancements to our culinary services.
  • Actively listening to customer feedback to continually refine our food offerings.
  • Assisting in the development of innovative menus and culinary concepts.
  • Upholding a positive brand image while representing our Defence operations.
  • Managing inventory to ensure our kitchens are well-stocked.
  • Overseeing cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  • Adhering to Food Safety, Hygiene, and Health regulations.
  • Demonstrating a passion for exceptional food and customer service.
  • Possessing a valid Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Exhibiting flexibility in work schedules.

Work Schedule:
