Job Title: Plumber

Location: HMP Warren Hill

Salary: £36,595.10 per annum + 5% Shift allowance

Contract: Permanent, full time, 39 hours per week

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at HMP Warren Hill, a Cat C adult male prison. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the prison's water systems, ensuring the health and safety of inmates and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair leaks, blockages, and other issues

• Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations

• Adhere to health and safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

• Level 3 NVQ qualification in Plumbing

• Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and repair

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
