Real Estate Operations Manager – Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with the internal maintenance team regarding planned repairs and urgent maintenance issues.
  • Scheduling mid-term property inspections.
  • Managing check-outs and inventory assessments.
  • Arranging contractors, obtaining quotes, issuing work orders, and processing invoices.
  • Ensuring compliance with property regulations, including EICR's, gas safety, and EPC certifications.
  • Handling deposit disputes.
  • Organizing tenancy documentation.
  • Assisting in serving necessary notices.
  • Supporting landlords with rental evaluations and lease renewals.
  • Performing general property management tasks.

Real Estate Operations Manager – Required Qualifications:
