About the Role

Alfred H Knight is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Commercial Graduate Programme. As a key member of our Business Development support team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global network of Business Development Managers and contributing to the commercial activity of our Circular Economy team.

Based in our UK Global Headquarters, you will embark on a twelve-month development programme, gaining valuable experience and insights into our Business Planning and Analysis department. This comprehensive programme will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in a commercial and management role within the Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the global network of Business Development Managers in their commercial activities
  • Assist with the development and implementation of business plans and strategies
  • Contribute to market research and analysis, identifying potential sales opportunities and generating sales revenue
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and colleagues
  • Collaborate with the Business Planning and Analysis department to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements
  • Commercial or Business graduate with a strong academic record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Previous internship or initial professional work experience in a commercial environment is desirable but not essential
