Key Responsibilities- Work as part of our Multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to patients, promoting a needs-led model of care and co-production with patients.
- Develop and implement effective risk management plans, identifying opportunities for positive risk-taking in conjunction with patients, carers, and the ward team.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and carers, ensuring a person-centred and recovery approach to care and treatment.
- Work collaboratively with the ward team to ensure seamless care delivery, adapting to changing situations and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Develop and maintain effective communication skills, ensuring clear and concise information is shared with patients, carers, and the ward team.
- A qualified RMN with a passion for developing clinical skills in a dynamic environment.
- A keen interest in new and upcoming technologies within Nursing and Healthcare.
- Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously, with a willingness to promote new ideas and improve services.
