Position Overview:

As a Campus Facilities Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and effective environment for educational activities. Your responsibilities will encompass site management, security oversight, and maintenance tasks, all aimed at upholding the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency.

Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure the overall upkeep of the campus.
  • Identify, document, and address repair and maintenance requirements.
  • Oversee waste management and perform cleaning duties, including the removal of graffiti and litter.
  • Maintain and update relevant records and data.
  • Respond swiftly to maintenance requests and helpdesk inquiries.
  • Prioritize tasks based on safety considerations and institutional needs.
  • Coordinate with external contractors as necessary.
  • Engage in project work, minor plumbing tasks, and site maintenance as assigned.

Performance and Stock Management:
  • Participate in the institution's performance evaluation system.
  • Possess GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Desirable).
  • Demonstrate experience in teamwork, prioritizing tasks, and working within a facilities management context (Essential).
  • Have a background in school facilities management, cleaning, and routine maintenance (Desirable).

Professional Skills and Personal Attributes:
  • Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks (Essential).
  • Exhibit a willingness to learn and a passion for working with young individuals (Essential).
  • Possession of a driving license (minibus license) is desirable.
