We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our In Vitro Pharmacology team, you will play a crucial role in conducting target-based screening for drug discovery projects focused on immunity and inflammation.

Your duties as a Research Scientist will be varied and challenging, but we are looking for someone who is passionate about:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting protein and cell-based functional assays using techniques such as gene reporter assays, FRET, FP, and ELISA.

2. Screening small molecules, biologics, and new therapeutic modalities using these assays.

3. Operating liquid handling robotics and screening assay equipment.

4. Analyzing data using curve fitting and statistical software, and interpreting and summarizing results for presentation at project meetings.

Requirements:

1. A relevant degree in pharmacology, biochemistry, or a related discipline.

2. Proven industry experience in performing cell-based assays and good sterile technique.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with in-vitro plate-based assays, such as FRET and FP.
