Job Title: Community Support Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Community Support Planner to join our team at Ongo Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Neighbourhood Services team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the work of our Neighbourhood Services Operatives, Cleaners, and Cleaning Operatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Allocate Work: Coordinate and manage the work of our Neighbourhood Services team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Work Quality and Timeliness: Monitor and report on work quality and timeliness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Resource Deployment: Make timely and effective decisions regarding resource deployment, ensuring that the right people are in the right place at the right time.
  • Customer Experience: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Service Improvement: Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Event Planning: Plan and organize neighbourhood-based events to promote our Neighbourhood Services team and other projects.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Develop and maintain reports and data analysis to inform service delivery and improvement.
Requirements:
  • IT Literacy: Proficient in using spreadsheets, databases, and other IT systems to manage and analyze data.
  • Experience: Proven experience of working in a busy office environment, dealing with technical, trade, grounds maintenance, or caretaking work.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the service.
Working Conditions:
  • Home or Office Based: The role can be based in our office or from home, depending on the needs of the service.
