Job Title: Fire Security Engineer

FS Recruity is seeking a highly skilled Fire Security Engineer to join our team. As a Fire Security Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the engineering department and specifically the installation team in the delivery of new installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process installation jobs from the first fix to handover.
  • Provide exceptional customer service management – liaise with customers and the engineering manager to ensure a satisfactory customer service experience.
  • Complete installations as per design specifications and complete the associated paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and the engineering manager.
  • Resource Planning.
  • Commit to improving personal and team performance continually.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Intruder Installation (Texecom, Galaxy, Orisec, Risco & Pyronix).
  • Installation of communicators via broadband and GPRS (Dualcom, Emizon).
  • Fire Alarm Installation (Advanced, Kentec & CTEC).
  • Installation of CCTV systems – knowledge of IP systems is essential.
  • Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience within the fire and security industry.
  • Work with the engineering team to ensure shared responsibility for delivering all KPIs and targets.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
