About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join our team at Aspire Pharma Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Global Logistics function, optimizing and implementing new global logistics processes, and ensuring a robust supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Global Logistics Strategy: Define and evolve the group's future global logistics strategy across multiple UK and EU sites and external partners.
- Logistics Management: Management of all departmental logistics ensuring prompt delivery and optimum cost and efficiency. Management & Co-ordination of stock control, receipt, and reconciliation activities across multiple warehouse locations.
- Cost and Process Optimization: Identify & implement logistic cost & process optimisation to ensure continuous improvements whilst remaining full compliance with all necessary regulations.
- Logistics Budget Management: Management of the Logistics/W&D budget and KPI reporting for all logistics and inventory activities, ensuring we remain within approved guidelines and identify areas for escalation, cost optimisation and improvement.
- Contract Management: Contract Management of third-party logistics & warehouse providers. Leading BRM meetings and ensuring actions are followed through and closed off in a timely manner.
- Due Diligence and Integration: Due diligence & integration support for new acquisitions and company projects.
Requirements:
