Our client, a rapidly expanding retail business, is seeking a highly skilled Flagship Store Manager to lead their flagship store in Newbury.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful retail company and take on a high-profile role that offers the potential for career advancement.
The Role:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the flagship store, ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to implement new retail operations and product lines, serving as a trial site before rollouts across the UK.
- Facilitate regular visits from the board and senior leadership team, as well as external stakeholders such as suppliers.
- Manage large volumes of stock and deliveries to maintain effective inventory levels and ensure seamless store operations.
- Implement visually appealing store displays and maintain a high level of visual merchandising.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must be an experienced retail store manager with a proven track record of success.
- Ideally, you will have experience in a high-volume retail environment with a strong understanding of pace and multiple product lines.
- You will be a strong, confident leader able to manage your own store and additional responsibilities, including the challenges and pressures that come with this role.
- Ambitious and driven, you will be eager to take on new challenges and advance your career in a dynamic retail environment.
The Package:
£35k basic salary plus package. Excellent opportunities for career progression.
