We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Education Teacher or Sports Coach to join our thriving Secondary Academy in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our PE team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring PE lessons to girls in Key Stages 3 and 4 (Years 7-11), promoting a love of sport, fitness, and healthy living.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality PE lessons to girls in Key Stages 3 and 4
- Foster a love of sport, fitness, and healthy living among students
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to achieve academic and extracurricular goals
- Contribute to the development of the PE department and whole-school initiatives
- Relevant knowledge or qualifications in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related fields
- PGCE qualification and QTS (ideal but not essential)
- A genuine passion for promoting physical education and healthy lifestyles
- The ability to engage and motivate secondary-aged pupils
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
- Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
