We are seeking a resilient and compassionate leader who possesses the drive and capability to foster improvements in practice within a multi-disciplinary team, while also facilitating positive transformations in the lives of vulnerable young individuals. If you have a strong understanding of trauma-informed care and adolescent development, along with relevant experience, the position of Team Manager could be an ideal fit for you.

In this role, you will oversee the management of a secure children's home that accommodates young individuals aged 10 to 18 who have been referred for various reasons, including legal proceedings or safety concerns.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring high-quality care for the young residents while developing your team to be trauma-informed and solution-focused practitioners committed to a multidisciplinary approach.

Our vision is to inspire change and personal growth within a trauma-informed environment, enabling every young person to thrive and contribute positively to their families and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of your home and contribute to the overall mission of the organization.
  • Mentor residential practitioners to provide person-centered, emotional, and trauma-informed care.
  • Ensure effective staff deployment and management of resources.
  • Assess individual needs and implement appropriate interventions for complex issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to maintain an integrated service.
  • Coordinate and monitor reviews for young residents, ensuring compliance with timelines.
