SHE Manager, Food Manufacturing Expert

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SHE Manager to join our team at Focus Management Consultants. As an SHE Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the health, safety, and environmental aspects of our food manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation and company policies.
  • Co-ordinate business actions with enforcement authorities and loss adjusters.
  • Promote and drive a culture of continuous improvement of health and safety.
  • Coordinate SHE training and implement, monitor, and report on SHE performance.
  • Deliver SHE targets and strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience as an SHE Manager in a food or FMCG manufacturing business.
  • Diploma level NEBOSH H&S and Environmental qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal, presentation skills, and written.
  • Ability to influence at a senior level and champion / implement change.
  • Demonstrable compliance to legislation.
