Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver thorough legal counsel on labor law matters, encompassing issues such as wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, layoffs, transfer of undertakings, and employment agreements.
  • Advocate for clients in labor tribunals and judicial settings.
  • Oversee case preparation and management, which includes drafting legal documents, compiling witness statements, and negotiating settlements.
  • Maintain current knowledge of labor law and associated regulations.
  • Stay informed about modifications in pertinent laws and legal practices.
  • Ensure exceptional client service by maintaining transparent communication and addressing client inquiries.
  • Comply with ethical and professional standards in all facets of legal practice.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.
  • In-depth understanding of UK labor law.
