Job Title: Facilities and Health Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Health Safety Manager to join our team at CT19. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, as well as maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure that health and safety standards are integrated into our quality management system.
  • Provide training and support to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure that they are compliant with our health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject, or equivalent experience.
  • Recognized health and safety qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
