We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our offices, managing external contractors, and overseeing internal staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of our offices, ensuring they are fully stocked and running efficiently.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our facilities management.
- Oversee the management of sub-contractors, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Be responsible for the management of two internal staff members.
- Manage the scope-of-work for cleaning staff, ensuring our offices are clean and tidy.
- Occasionally travel to our Aberdeen office, but this will be sporadic and with advance notice.
- Experience as a Facilities Manager, with a proven track record of people management.
- Previous experience of overseeing sub-contractors, ensuring they meet high standards.
