Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in Harrods. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting management in achieving sales targets, and maintaining a high level of visual presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients
- Support management in achieving sales targets, operations goals, and policies
- Maintain a high level of visual presentation, ensuring the store looks its best at all times
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge
- Experience in luxury retail, preferably in a clienteling and customer service-driven environment
- Background in fashion-forward footwear, accessory, or fashion brand
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
