Job DescriptionRole Overview
We are seeking an experienced Numeracy Skills Trainer to join our team. As an Essential Skills Numeracy Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs in numeracy skills, from Entry Level to Level 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging numeracy training sessions to meet the needs of participants.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine training materials and resources.
- Work closely with participants to create personalized training plans aligned with their career aspirations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in numeracy training or a related field.
- Strong understanding of numeracy skills and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
