We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Data Specialist to join our dedicated Pensions Team. As a trusted partner to numerous clients, we deliver comprehensive pension services, and this role will play a leading part in the production and provision of Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) data.
The successful candidate will be a pension data expert, conducting rigorous three-way reconciliations on pension returns, addressing any disparities between reported contributions and payroll reports, and ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks and standards, including ISO9001.
You will act as the primary client liaison for Pension data, promptly addressing queries, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and fostering excellent client relationships. With a continuous improvement mindset, you will work collaboratively with other team members to refine data quality, streamline administrative processes, and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct rigorous three-way reconciliations on pension returns and address any disparities between reported contributions and payroll reports.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and standards, including ISO9001.
- Act as the primary client liaison for Pension data, promptly addressing queries and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to refine data quality, streamline administrative processes, and drive operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report writing, with specific experience in, or knowledge of Local Government Pensions (LGPS).
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including v-lookup functions.
- The ability to collaborate effectively in a team, manage multiple projects, and handle competing priorities under pressure.
