We are currently seeking a dedicated, driven, and innovative Corporate Client Relationship Manager to enhance our Corporate team. In this role, you will engage with a variety of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

As a Corporate Client Relationship Manager, your role will encompass the following core responsibilities:

Client Management

  • Deliver outstanding media coverage for client accounts.
  • Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day interactions.
  • Provide strategic counsel and clear communication to clients, ensuring their objectives are met.
  • Oversee the daily management of client accounts, guiding junior team members and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics and strive to exceed established KPIs.
  • Generate innovative ideas to keep client initiatives engaging and effective.
  • Manage budgets and contribute to contract renewals to maintain high client retention rates.

Business Development

  • Identify opportunities for upselling services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate on new business strategies, including prospect identification and proposal development.
  • Enhance commercial awareness to maximize the value of your client portfolio.

Team Leadership

  • Provide constructive feedback to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Maintain effective communication with account leads, sharing successes and addressing challenges promptly.
  • Take responsibility for weekly account activities, ensuring tasks are delegated appropriately and deadlines are met.

Industry Expertise

  • Deliver high-quality media coverage through a strong understanding of current events and campaign strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists and influencers to create opportunities for clients.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of relevant industries to inform planning and content creation.

Agency Engagement

  • Participate in agency-wide initiatives to foster collaboration and team spirit.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Contribute to company culture initiatives and team-building activities.
