**Job Summary**

Paul Mitchell Associates is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team. As an experienced administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including handling paperwork, filing, and typing.
  • Assist with telephone work, answering incoming calls and directing accordingly.
  • Support the HR Advisor, Ops Manager, Directors, and Buyers as requested.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, reception, or customer service.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
