  • Manage daily activities and follow a tiered system to ensure effective maintenance and repair of site assets.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
  • Implement appropriate preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and service providers to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repair.
  • Ensure team compliance with EHS requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Plan and execute engineering projects to improve site operations and efficiency.
  • Maintain project scopes, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar engineering leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, utilities management, and statutory regulations.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software and other relevant tools.
