About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Partnership Development Manager to join our team at People Source Consulting. As a Partnership Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing our clients' partnership ecosystem across the EMEA region.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading technology company and contribute to the growth of their partnership ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the partner ecosystem, sales, product, and marketing teams to develop and execute partnership strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage partner ecosystems across the EMEA region
- Work closely with the partner ecosystem, sales, product, and marketing teams to develop and execute partnership strategies
- Educate partners on program benefits and requirements, identify and match partner needs with the right resources, and facilitate workshops and training sessions for partners
- Coach sales teams through initial deals, support technical product implementation and troubleshooting, build persuasive communication and relationship skills, and handle technical queries with a solution-oriented approach
- Work together with partners to formulate their market strategy, including positioning, competitive advantage, and execution
- Identify opportunities to increase partner capacity for new and upcoming products, such as Microsoft products like Copilot for M365
- Shorten the period between product and partners being self-sufficient in selling, technical implementing, and driving usage of new services
- Collect and analyze product and process feedback, insights, and learnings to inform partnership strategies
- Develop and maintain excellent communication, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in partnership development and management
- Technical expertise in Microsoft products, particularly Copilot for M365
- Coaching and pre-sales skills to drive successful outcomes for partners and customers
- Ability to present to and build relationships with C-level stakeholders within enterprise clients
- Previous consulting experience
