Job Description:

We are seeking an aspiring General Practice Surveyor to join our team as a Graduate. As a leading property consultant, we offer a fantastic opportunity for career advancement and RICS qualification within 2 and a half years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys and inspections
  • Meet with clients and build a portfolio of properties
  • Work closely with senior members of the team to hone skills and work towards RICS qualification
  • Split between Truro office and regular site visits

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a relevant degree
  • Aspiring General Practice Surveyor
  • Commutable to Truro

  • Guaranteed pay increase annually for years 1-3
  • 9 - 5:30 Monday to Friday
