We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lift Service Engineer to join our team at OKB KONE plc. As a global leader in the lift and escalator industry, we provide lifts, escalators, and automatic doors, as well as solutions for maintenance and modernization to add value to buildings throughout their life cycle.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Lift Service Engineer who has a strong passion for the lifts industry and has experience servicing and completing minor repairs on a variety of lifts. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of lift engineering principles and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and maintain a variety of lifts, including routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
  • Conduct thorough inspections of lifts to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve service delivery
