Training CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and delivering impactful training programs that enhance employee skills and contribute to the overall success of GXO Logistics, Inc.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of trainers in the delivery of comprehensive workshops across various development areas.
- Continuously improve training documentation to ensure efficient onboarding and skill acquisition for new employees.
- Collaborate closely with the Learning & Development team to align training initiatives with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- Integrate health and safety practices into all training sessions, promoting a secure and compliant work environment.
- Possess a Level 5 CIPD qualification or an equivalent recognized certification in learning and development.
- Demonstrate expertise in coordinating and conducting large-scale training events across multiple locations.
- Have a deep understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes to create effective and relevant training materials.
- Be able to justify training expenses and demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of implemented programs.
