Role Overview:
The Senior Estimator will be responsible for managing fit-out and refurbishment projects across various sectors including leisure, retail, healthcare, hospitality, and office environments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze technical drawings and prepare detailed quotations.
2. Engage in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
3. Generate formal proposals for clients.
4. Create Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from drawings to ensure timely submission of quotes.
5. Maintain accurate records of tenders and proposals in the internal database.
6. Address client inquiries and provide necessary technical insights.
7. Build and sustain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
8. Oversee projects with values reaching up to £10 million.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of estimating experience in the construction fit-out sector.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industry practices, materials, and cost structures.
- A resilient and organized approach with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with estimating software such as Eque2 or Evaluate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A valid UK driving license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
