**Job Summary**

Curio Careers is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team as a Senior FF&E Designer for a high-end residential and hospitality project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing luxury spaces and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Contribute to the development of design projects, working closely with our Design Directors and Lead Architect to deliver high-end residential and hospitality projects.
  • Progress the design with internal and external team members, ensuring quality is maintained throughout the project.
  • Develop and implement FF&E ideas and schedules, working closely with the project team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all design elements are cohesive and meet the client's expectations.
  • Draw in AutoCAD or Vectorworks to support architecture and ensure that all technical packages are accurate and complete.

**Requirements**

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Mid-weight Interior Designer, with a strong background in designing luxury spaces.
  • Detailed design experience, with a focus on high-end residential and hospitality projects.
  • Experience working with Grade II/II* Listed Buildings is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written skills for reports and correspondence.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
