Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the successful delivery of projects
  • Calculating primary costs associated with developments
  • Managing valuations and payment notifications
  • Developing comprehensive cost budget plans
  • Administering schedules of quantities and pricing
  • Preparing cost estimates for subcontractors and materials
  • Leading procurement and delivery operations
  • Collaborating with the client team
  • Conducting cost value reconciliation reporting
  • Supervising the commercial team

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in high-end fit-outs or refurbishments
  • A proactive and motivated approach
