About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Team Member to join our dynamic team at Oliver Bonas. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and sales strategies.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities, staying up-to-date with the latest products, trends, and sales techniques.
  • Take ownership of tasks and responsibilities, setting a positive example for your colleagues.
  • Adhere to all operational practices and procedures, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards throughout the store, including external and back-of-house areas.
  • Support other stores as needed, demonstrating a willingness to adapt and contribute to the success of the business.
  • Stay informed about store and company performance, including sales targets and product best-sellers.
