Join Our Team as a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant
Teaching Personnel is collaborating with a Primary School to find a dedicated Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant for a long-term position. The school has received a 'Good' rating from Ofsted, and the successful applicant will become an integral part of their nursery team.
The nursery staff are known for their supportive environment and are eager to welcome a new colleague. This position has the potential to become permanent for the right individual.
Key Requirements:
- Level 3 CACHE qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
- Consideration will be given to strong candidates without a Level 3 qualification
- Effective behavior management skills
- Confidence in leading small groups when necessary
- A proactive approach to your responsibilities with the ability to plan engaging activities
- Quick adaptability to changing situations
The school is looking to fill this position promptly to ensure a smooth transition into the upcoming term.

All pay rates mentioned will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, but there may be opportunities for permanent employment in the future.
