Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Executive Network Legal Limited. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on all aspects of Private Client law, managing a varied caseload that includes wills, probate, estate administration, and trusts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert advice on Private Client law, including wills, probate, estate administration, and trusts.
  • Draft and review legal documents, manage the complete administration of estates, and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Stay updated on legislative changes and conduct legal research while working alongside financial advisers and accountants to provide clients with a comprehensive service.
  • Manage a varied caseload, including complex and high-value cases.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE and proven experience handling their own Private Client caseload.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Private Client law and legislation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
