**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct accurate and reproducible test bakes using various equipment.
* Ensure products meet food safety and quality controls.
* Analyse results, write clear and concise reports, and provide feedback.
* Lead investigations for product complaints and failures.
* Retest and report findings for customer complaints.

**Requirements:**

* Experience in practical bakery.
* Previous QC and bakery experience.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Competent IT skills.

**What We Offer:**

* Monday to Friday (6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10am).
* Circa £30,000.
