Key Responsibilities
- As a vital member of the maternity team, you will implement and uphold Continuity of Care in accordance with national standards.
- Collaborate closely with the continuity team to ensure comprehensive care for our service users.
- Provide individualized and tailored midwifery care packages as an autonomous practitioner, utilizing your specialized knowledge to assess and determine the best course of action for your clients.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based midwifery care and guidance throughout the antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods across various settings, including hospitals and community hubs.

Essential Qualifications
- Completion of a midwifery program and registration with the NMC.
- Ability to provide holistic midwifery care across various environments.
- Strong documentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient IT skills and familiarity with electronic data systems.
- Understanding of professional midwifery standards and clinical governance.
- Awareness of risk management practices.
Desirable Skills

Professional Development
- Registered Midwife or final-year student midwife nearing completion of a Degree/Diploma in Midwifery.
