We're working with Dartmouth Partners, a Pan-European Boutique Advisory firm, to find a highly skilled VP to lead M&A Advisory deals in the Renewable Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A, with a focus on Renewable Energy, and excellent deal execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead M&A Advisory deals in Renewable Energy, working closely with clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and execute M&A strategies to drive growth and value creation in the Renewable Energy sector.
  • Manage junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful deal execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in M&A, with a focus on Renewable Energy.
  • Proven track record of successful deal execution and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex M&A transactions.

Desired Skills:

  • Fluency in French is a plus, but not essential.
