Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists/osteopaths, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development of our services, including the design and implementation of new programs and initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • UK registered physiotherapist or osteopath with a broad range of musculoskeletal experience.
  • Recent experience of leading and managing others, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on patient care and service delivery.
