The role of Talent Acquisition Specialist is a fast-paced and varied position, where no two days are the same. You will be involved in securing the best talent, and have a lot of fun along the way.
Key Responsibilities- Manage candidate registrations to our application tracking system
- Vet and shortlist candidates
- Liaise with hiring managers and provide advice and feedback
- Train hiring managers on our processes and system use
- Candidate resourcing on LinkedIn and answering queries
- Assist the Talent Attraction Partner with managing the inbox and applications
- Contribute to the continued improvement of the department in monthly catch-ups
- Give candidates the best possible experience and support their needs
- Carry out appropriate Fit and Proper Person tests pre-offer in line with policy for all new hires into Senior Leadership Roles
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Experience in a similar recruitment role
- Experience in recruiting for B2B roles
- Outstanding organisation skills with an ability to reprioritise when required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
- Experience of working confidently communicating over the phone, online, and face-to-face
- A tenacious and proactive approach, able to work to tight deadlines
