Maintenance Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our factory by resolving breakdowns and delivering maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out all maintenance across the factory, ensuring a proactive approach to maintenance and high PPM output.
  • Attend to breakdowns onsite, minimizing plant equipment and machinery breakdown time.
  • Work in a clean and orderly manner, complying with the Company's Hygiene Code of Practice.
  • Ensure all Health and Safety standards are met and that all equipment complies with Company and legal standards.
  • Perform repairs to plant and equipment during production, effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Multi-skilled with formal engineering qualification to NVQ Level 3 or higher, in an electrical or mechanical subject.
  • Proactive approach to fault finding, commitment to continuous improvement, and personal development.
  • Practical attitude and team-oriented approach to engineering issues.
