Position Summary

This role presents a remarkable opportunity for a skilled corporate tax attorney to become part of our expanding team. The ideal applicant will possess 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate tax, particularly in relation to mergers and acquisitions.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of post-qualification experience
  • Robust technical and analytical capabilities
  • Proficiency in developing and sustaining client relationships
  • Experience in managing projects
  • Passion for business development

Preferred experience includes advising on tax issues for corporate clients, fund structures, real estate, private equity, and drafting structural documentation.
