Precision Machinist

Hales Group is seeking skilled Precision Machinists to become integral members of our dynamic and expanding workforce.

The working hours for this role are structured as follows: Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 16:00, and Friday from 07:00 to 13:00.

The compensation for this position ranges from £12 to £15 per hour, contingent upon the candidate's level of expertise.

• Developing and interpreting technical documentation and procedures to ensure precise assembly of machinery and components.
• Operating and managing machinery and production processes effectively.
• Conducting thorough inspections of machinery, structures, materials, and finished products to maintain quality standards.

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a machining environment is preferred.
• Completion of an apprenticeship or possession of City & Guilds certification is advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency in computer applications are essential.
• Familiarity with CAD drawings, symbols, and tolerances is required.
