Job Title: System Integration Manager

We are seeking an experienced System Integration Manager to join our team at Charlton Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the strategic approach to interface management, working closely with various teams to ensure effective integration across disciplines and contracts.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the interface management framework, ensuring its correct implementation, and providing training and guidance to the wider organization. You will also be responsible for conducting audits of the application of interface management processes within our organization and the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic approach to interface management, working with all parts of the organization to ensure suitable resources, tools, and processes are in place.
  • Accountable for owning, updating, and implementing the interface management plan.
  • Procure, roll-out, and maintain a software application for interface management.
  • Ensure interface engineers/managers have the necessary skills and understanding to deliver interface management objectives.
  • Provide training and guidance to the wider organization on effective interface management.
  • Develop and implement best practices and innovative engineering techniques, technologies, and processes.
  • Conduct audits of interface management processes within our organization and the supply chain.
Requirements

We are looking for a Systems Engineer with interface management experience on large complex programs. You should have a strong understanding of the systems engineering approach and be an expert in interface management/systems integration. You will also need to have commercial awareness, including understanding of cost delivery, schedule targets, and the need to deliver an integrated solution that meets all functional requirements.
