Job Title: Cloud and Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud and Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Peaple Talent. As a Cloud and Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Cloud and Infrastructure team and supporting the digital transformation and growth across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Cloud and Infrastructure team and provide technological excellence and guidance for the technology strategy of the business.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate systems, policies, and processes to ensure the Cloud and Infrastructure team is held accountable by hitting measurable service objectives.
  • Manage suppliers, contractors, and consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Liaise with internal departments to understand their needs and recommend solutions to support users.
  • Handle and establish priorities for maintenance, design, development, and analysis of a Cloud/hybrid infrastructure.
  • Provide 3rd line support and guidance to the team.
  • Hands-on with infrastructure, software, and systems.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience managing others.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Strong examples of experience or work history drawing on demonstrated competency in the following technical disciplines: Enterprise hardware and networking products, Enterprise software, Backup technologies, Security products, WAN and Firewalls, MS Azure and M365.
  • Willingness to travel and work overtime/weekends with little notice.
